1. About these terms

Topfluencers (topfluencers.co) is published by PepoCloud LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Editorial content

Our lists and interviews are editorial: they reflect our judgment, made under our published methodology. Being featured doesn’t mean a creator endorses Topfluencers, PepoCloud LLC or any of our products, and featuring a creator doesn’t mean we endorse everything they say, make or sell.

3. No paid placement

Nobody pays to be included, and inclusion never depends on using or promoting any product. We don’t sell placements, “featured” upgrades or badges.

4. Accuracy and corrections

We work to keep every entry accurate, and every number shows its source and the date it was checked, but numbers change and we can make mistakes. If you spot one, email corrections@topfluencers.co and we’ll fix it within 48 hours. Creators can ask us to remove their entry at any time.

5. Creators’ names and work

Creators’ names, channel names, logos and content belong to them. We link to their work rather than copying it, and we don’t use their photos, thumbnails or footage without permission.

6. The “Featured on Topfluencers” badge

If you’re featured on a list, you may display the badge for that list, free and without conditions, on your website, media kit or profiles, as long as you don’t alter it and it links to your entry or the list. Please don’t use it in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that you endorse any product. If your entry is removed, please take the badge down too.

7. Our content

The site’s text, design and lists are © PepoCloud LLC. You’re welcome to quote short excerpts with a link back. Please don’t republish whole lists or scrape the site.

8. What you send us

When you send a correction, suggestion or other message, please make sure it’s accurate and that you’re entitled to share it. We may use suggestions to improve the site without any obligation to you.

9. Links and YouTube

We link to creators’ channels and other sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for. Some audience numbers come from YouTube API Services; by using the site you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on it is professional, financial or legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PepoCloud LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here and update the date above.
