Privacy Policy

Topfluencers (topfluencers.co) is published by PepoCloud LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we handle about the creators we feature and the people who visit the site, why, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@topfluencers.co.

1. Creators we feature

What we collect

• Your name or channel name, and links to your public channels and website.
• Public content of yours that we describe and link to, such as the video or post we suggest starting with.
• Public audience numbers (subscribers, followers, average views), each with its source and the date it was checked.
• If we contact you: a public business contact (such as the email on your channel or website), where we found it, and our correspondence with you, including your preferences (for example, that you’d like an interview or never want to hear from us).

Where it comes from

Your own public channels and website, official platform APIs (including YouTube API Services), and anything you send us. We don’t scrape Instagram, TikTok or other platforms, we don’t reuse your photos, thumbnails or clips without permission, and we never publish your contact details.

Why we use it

To publish editorial lists about creators’ public work, to tell you that you’ve been featured, and to keep your entry accurate. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in publishing and maintaining this editorial content and in letting you know about it. Our first message to you says who runs Topfluencers, where we found your contact details and how to opt out. We only tell you about our products if you reply and are interested, and we never add you to a mailing list.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct, update or remove your entry at any time, using the contact form, by emailing corrections@topfluencers.co, or by replying “remove” to any email from us. We act on corrections and removals within 48 hours. When you ask to be removed, we take down your entry, delete our notes about you, and keep only the minimum (your name, channel link and email) on a do-not-contact list so we never contact or feature you again.

2. YouTube API Services

Some audience numbers on Topfluencers come from YouTube API Services. We use them only to show public channel statistics, such as subscriber and view counts, and we refresh or delete them within 30 days. We don’t access anyone’s YouTube account. Google’s handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Visitors

Contact form

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, the request type, the list and entry it’s about, any link you add, and your message. We use them only to handle your request.

Analytics and cookies

This site doesn’t currently use any analytics or set any cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising. We use service providers to run the site: hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery for the contact form (Resend), our email provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

5. Retention

Entries stay up until you ask us to remove them or we retire the list. YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Correspondence and contact-form messages are kept only as long as they’re useful for handling your request or our conversation with you, and deleted on request. Do-not-contact records are kept so we can honor them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email privacy@topfluencers.co to exercise them.

7. International transfers

We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process data there and in other countries, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.

8. Children

Topfluencers isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly feature or collect data from them.

9. Changes

We’ll post any changes to this policy here and update the date above.
